Dutch IPMS members no longer need to order a ticket: after all, there is now a QR code on the membership card. So make sure you have your membership card with you!
Stand crew who are not pre-registered and only arrive after 10:00 am must order a ticket. Exhibitors have the opportunity to provide names of booth crew when registering, even if they are not members of the IPMS.

Entry for foreign IPMS members is still free, but of course the membership number cannot be verified. Foreign IPMS members can request their tickets via an email to the ESM coordinator (Contact – Euroscale Modelling). Mention in that mail your name and member number.

After confirmation from the coordinator, the ticket can be ordered via this page.

In response to comments, we have reviewed the ordering procedure: a small number of people first pressed order without first filling in the number of tickets. There is now a small instruction: first fill in the number of tickets to be ordered, then press the order button.
