Handing in competition models is possible on Saturday 23 November between 9 am and 11 am at the rear at loading door 4
Of course at the Euro Scale Modelling you can enter the famous Model competition with your self-constructed plastic models. Your models must be constructed largely of plastic. The Model Competition will have the same concept as in previous years of Euro Scale Modelling. There will be several categories, judged by competent judges. A separate hall will be reserved for the competition.
Special awards
IPMS Netherlands and several traders will donate special prizes for a number of themes regarding plastic modelling.
IPMS Netherlands.
Best of show: to be awarded to the best model at the ESM, chosen from the winners of the Modelling Competition.
Best of Group Displays: to be awarded to the best (club) display.
Pat Beentjes award: to be awarded to the model with the best natural metal finish.
Heijl’s Smile: to be awarded to the most humorful model

There will be encouragement awards for entrants of 16 years of age or younger. (JAL- Youth All Catagories) Additionally, if an entry from a young modeler is of a quality that it can compete in the ‘Open’ classes, it may also be awarded a normal prize, ie. Gold, Silver, Bronze, and (Highly) Commended.
The free online model competition entry closes on Saturday 10 November 2019.
Registration after 10 November can only be done on the ESMday itself, the costs are € 5.00 per model, with appropriate cash
