Trader registration

Meant for commercial traders who wish to sell modelling related items.

By sending the registration form, the participant declares to agree to the exhibition regulations as stated on this ESM-website.

Please note: We have changed the number of chairs supplied as standard with the tables. Please read the form carefully!

One chair is included with the first and third tables. No chairs are included with any subsequent tables. Traders who would still like more chairs can order them as extras on the form. Extra chairs cost €5 per chair, which is the same price we have to pay for them.

When filling in the form, please note that the additional access passes are truly extra. These are in addition to the passes that already come with the tables and are listed under the number of tables you select.

Traders are entitled to a 10% discount on the list price if they pay before 1 September.

Please do not forget to specify if you require a power socket at your table. This can only be requested IN ADVANCE, not on the day itself.

Raffle
The traditional raffle will once again be held during the ESM. We are always on the lookout for great prizes for this.
We ask all commercial traders to donate one or more items for the tombola. We will then mention the trader’s name at the tombola and on the prizes. We will also list in advance on the website which traders are donating items for the tombola. Be sure to make the most of this extra promotion!
