Registration of clubs
For the various clubs (not IPMS) wishing to display or demonstrate their models. No sales are permitted at these tables. This will be checked during the ESM.
By submitting the registration form, the participant agrees to abide by the exhibition regulations as set out on this ESM website.
Please note: We have changed the number of chairs supplied as standard with the tables. Please read the form carefully!
Upon registration, only one chair is supplied as standard with the first and third tables. Registrants who require more chairs can order these on the form. Up to the maximum number of tables, the chairs are free of charge. Registrants who require more chairs than the number of tables must pay €5 per extra chair, which is the same price we have to pay for the chairs ourselves.
So if you want 5 tables, you’ll receive two extra tables. You can order three free chairs. From the sixth chair onwards, a charge of 5 euros per chair will apply.
We ask everyone not to order too many chairs. The organisers have to pay for every chair, and it’s a waste if chairs go unused.
When filling in the form, please note that the extra admission passes are genuinely extra. These are in addition to the passes that already come with the tables and are listed under the number of tables you select. Extra passes for IPMS members are free. Non-members pay 10 euros per pass.
Raffle
The traditional raffle will also be held during the ESM. We’re always on the lookout for prizes for this. We’re calling on everyone to donate prizes for the raffle.
