Registration individual member trade stands
The “private trade” category is intended solely for IPMS members who wish to sell boxes from their private collection in a personal capacity. It is expressly not intended for people selling items for commercial purposes. For commercial trade, there is the “dealers” category. We will monitor this during the ESM and, if necessary, charge the additional fee for commercial trade.
By submitting the registration form, the participant agrees to the exhibition regulations as stated on this ESM website.
Please note: We have changed the number of chairs supplied as standard with the tables. Please read the form carefully!
Only one chair is included upon registration. Registrants who wish to have more chairs can order these on the form. Up to the maximum number of tables, the chairs are free of charge. Registrants who wish to have more chairs than the number of tables must pay €5 per extra chair, which is the same price we have to pay for the chairs ourselves.
When filling in the form, please note that the extra admission passes are genuinely extra. These are in addition to the passes that already come with the tables and are listed under the number of tables you select. Extra passes for IPMS members are free. Non-members pay €10 per pass.
Raffle
The traditional raffle will also be held during the ESM. We’re always on the lookout for great prizes for this. We’re calling on everyone to donate prizes for the raffle.
